Flooding or water damage right now? Call 1-877-GO-FLEX7 60-min target response • 24/7/365

Privacy policy — in plain English.

You give us a phone number so we can help with a flooded floor or a dirty carpet. That's the whole deal. This page explains exactly what FlexPro Cleaning & Restoration collects through flexprohome.com, what we do with it, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect — and nothing extra.

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect only what we need to call you back and quote the job:

  • Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
  • Your phone number — the fastest way to reach you about an active water loss.
  • Your ZIP code — to confirm you're inside our Orange County service area and route the nearest crew.
  • Your email address — optional, and used for written estimates, scheduling confirmations and job paperwork.
  • The service you picked and whatever you type in the message box — so the person who calls you already knows what happened.

If you call us instead, we take down the same details by phone. If we do work at your property, our records will also include the service address, job notes, photos and moisture readings from the loss, and billing information.

We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or analytics cookies on this site at this time. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability, the same as any web host. If we ever add analytics or ad tracking, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How we use your information — to do the job.

Your information is used to contact you about the request you submitted, to quote and schedule the work, to service the job, and to send job-related email such as estimates, appointment confirmations, invoices and the documentation your insurance adjuster asks for. We also keep it to answer questions later — a year from now, if you call about a warranty or need a copy of your drying logs, we want to be able to pull the file.

We do not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for, and we don't blast promotional texts.

Who processes your data — our service providers.

FlexPro is a small local company, and we use a short list of standard business vendors to run the site and our office:

  • A website hosting and form-processing provider that serves flexprohome.com and receives your form submission before passing it into our internal system.
  • An email delivery provider that sends the notification and job-related email tied to your request.

Those submissions feed an internal customer system that only FlexPro staff can log into. Our providers process your information on our instructions, for the purpose of delivering their service to us — they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Beyond that, we share information only when you ask us to (for example, sending your loss documentation to your insurance carrier or adjuster), or when we are legally required to — a subpoena, a court order, or to protect someone's safety.

We do not sell your information — and we never have.

FlexPro does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We don't trade or rent lead lists, and we don't hand your phone number to a marketing partner. Because we don't sell or share, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control has nothing to act on here.

Calls, texts and email — your consent, and how to stop it.

By submitting a form on this site or giving us your number by phone, you agree that FlexPro may contact you by phone call, text message and email about the request you made — scheduling, arrival windows, quotes, follow-up questions and job paperwork. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your job.

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, tell the technician or office staff on the phone that you'd rather not be called, or email info@flexprohome.com and say so. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of getting an estimate or hiring us — you can always just call 1-877-GO-FLEX7 instead.

How long we keep it — retention.

Requests that never turn into a job are removed from our system once they've clearly gone cold. Records tied to completed work — invoices, job notes, photos, moisture logs and insurance documentation — are kept longer, because tax, insurance and warranty obligations require us to be able to produce them. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask us and we'll delete everything we aren't legally required to hold on to.

How we protect it — security.

Traffic to and from this site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our internal customer system is password-protected, and access is limited to the FlexPro people who need it to book, run or bill a job. We don't store payment card numbers on this website. No system is perfectly secure and we're not going to pretend otherwise — but we keep the amount of information we hold small on purpose, which is the most effective protection there is.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA).

If you're a California resident, you have the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:

  • The right to know what personal information we've collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
  • The right to delete the personal information we hold, subject to the legal exceptions that let a business keep records it needs for tax, warranty, insurance or legal purposes.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information — a misspelled name or an old phone number, for instance.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. FlexPro does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing here to opt out of — but you're entitled to tell us anyway, and we'll honor it.
  • The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We don't collect the categories California classifies as sensitive personal information through this site.
  • The right to non-discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will never get you worse service, a worse price, or a slower response from us.

How to exercise your rights — one email or one call.

Email info@flexprohome.com or call 1-877-GO-FLEX7 and tell us what you want — a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion. To protect your information we'll verify that the request really comes from you, usually by matching the phone number or email you originally gave us; for a deletion request we may ask one or two additional questions. We'll respond as quickly as we can and within the timeframe California law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. There's no fee.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for homeowners, property managers and business owners. It is not directed to children, we don't market to them, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or from anyone under 16 without the consent California law requires. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email info@flexprohome.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information — a new provider, a new tool, analytics — we'll update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be reflected here before the new practice takes effect. This policy covers flexprohome.com and the pages listed on it; sites we link to run their own policies.
