Our price is simple: 3 rooms for $139 with the hallway included, and each extra room is $40. A room is up to 200 square feet. Stairs, very large rooms, pet urine treatment, protector, upholstery and rugs are quoted on the spot, in writing, before we start, and the number you approve is the number on the invoice.
